ABOUT
As a Clinical Psychologist I offer therapy to individuals, couples and families with a confidential and warm space. I also provide diagnostic assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). In my practice I utilise varied psychological models/approaches to offer effective and evidence based therapy in order to help people within their relationships, work, education and with any issues that are important to them. I have a background of working in the NHS before working in private practice where I worked with individuals, couples and families with a range of needs including; feeling low, anxious, difficulties in relationships and at work, adjusting to different health diagnoses, neurodevelopmental conditions, trauma, parenting and pregnancy.
